We endeavour to process your order and send goods out using a registered postal service within one to three working day of placing your order*. You will receive notification of this by email. If you need to ensure speedy delivery or have any delivery questions please let us know by completing a contact form or sending an email to email@example.com.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods once received we ask that you return them within 14 days within the UK, or 28 days if posting from elsewhere*. Please include the order number to help us process a refund and let us know you have returned the goods by completing a contact form on the website or emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
*During the Covid 19 crisis we offer an extended return period of 21 days within the UK and 35 days if returning from elsewhere – after our posting date
Goods must be returned in the same new, unworn condition. We don’t refund postage but will organise a refund for your purchase when we have received the goods.
We do not take responsibility for items returned that are lost in the post and recommend using a registered postal service.
